Korean Vegetable Balls
You will need:

- 1 button mushroom
- 1 quarter carrot
- Small handful of leafy greens (We recommend Bok Choy, but you can use spinach, kale, or chard too!)
-
All purpose flour
Peel the sweet potato and mince the carrot and mushroom.
Steam the vegetables until tender. Mash and add flour until crumbly.
Shape into bite-sized balls. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay them out, evenly spaced.
Bake at 390F for 15-20 minutes, turning over halfway to ensure they cook evenly
Let it cool.
Pop your tot in the Cocoon highchair (optional, but recommended) and ring the dinner bell! Sit by the mailbox after and wait for your michelin star!
